Senior Associate - Finance & Accounting

As a Senior Associate, Adam plays a crucial role in financial consulting, capital raising, and complex financial modeling at KWILL. His expertise in financial analysis and modeling, including data tables, scenario analysis, and discounted cash flows (DCF), supports decision-making for potential investments and operational efficiencies. Adam is also skilled in SQL and Excel, utilizing these tools to analyze complex datasets and guide financial strategies. His work includes supporting debt and equity sourcing for clients and portfolio companies, as well as assisting in the creation and research of investment pitchbooks across various sectors, including consumer goods and health and wellness.

Adam’s professional journey began with an internship in private capital management at MetCap Bank, where he developed three-statement financial models and researched venture capital and private equity firms. He was also the first full-time employee at KWILL, which was founded around his freelance finance consulting clients. As an analyst for the Metropolitan Cooperative Fund, sponsored by MetCap Bank, Adam helped underwrite and analyze potential venture investments while managing investor relations. His academic foundation is built on a BS in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Adam’s unique approach centers on active listening, allowing him to serve his clients and portfolio companies more effectively. By listening with intent, he tailors his financial strategies to meet the specific needs of each client. Outside of work, Adam enjoys skiing, cooking, and spending quality time with his family.
