Her is focused on driving strategic growth and business development, as well as managing portfolio cash flow and asset management. With a deep understanding of real estate development and business communications, Alden leads KWILL’s efforts in expanding its portfolio and optimizing asset performance.
Alden’s background is diverse and rich with experience in the commercial real estate sector. She served as a tenant representative with CBRE, where she advised multi-market and Fortune 500 retail clients on real estate strategies, particularly in industrial repurposing and utilizing historic tax credits for property repositioning. At Urban Smart Growth, Alden focused on revitalizing commercial and residential properties. Her role with Mallard Creek Capital Partners involved overseeing a comprehensive five-year plan for the repositioning, development, leasing, and management of office and retail properties across multiple states, including the Carolinas, California, Utah, and Colorado. She holds a BA from the University of North Carolina and has pursued post-graduate studies at Brown University.
