Prior to joining KWILL, Chaneice was a Principal in the Consumer/Retail practice of Egon Zehnder where she served as a North American leader on the Diversity & Inclusion Council.  As a Principal & Vice President with SymphonyIRI, she concentrated on customer growth strategies for global retail and packaged goods organizations.​

In her role as Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, Chaneice oversaw global growth, strategic goal setting and planning, and marketing and operations assessments for Fortune 500 organizations such as Abbott Labs, United Airlines, and Macy’s, as well as for local players such as the Block Museum of Art at the University of Chicago and the 2016 Chicago Olympic Bid Assessment.  She also served as McKinsey’s Chicago Office Diversity Director. ​

As Divisional Vice President of New Store Formats & Customer Strategy with Sears Holdings Company, Chaneice assessed over 2500 physical store assets of Sears and K-mart to optimize their network and identify warehouse repurposing opportunities to support online aspirations.  Chaneice began her career in Media & Entertainment, first with a local FOX television affiliate and then with Booz-Allen & Hamilton’s Media and Entertainment practice.​
