In her role, Chinelo will focus on conducting in-depth market research and analysis, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that will guide the company’s property acquisitions, developments, and investments. With her strong background in strategic planning and client advisory, she will play a pivotal role in aligning projects with business goals and market opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement and successful outcomes.
Chinelo’s background is deeply rooted in product management, having served as the Lead Technical Product Manager at Antunes and as a Senior Manager of Product Management at WestRock Company. Her career highlights include pioneering a remote monitoring system at Georgia-Pacific, LLC, which transformed operational efficiency and data accuracy. She also led a $2.1 billion category at WestRock, identifying and capitalizing on a market opportunity exceeding $100 million. Her technical foundation is built on a Chemical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech.
Chinelo’s unique approach to her work is anchored in data-driven decision-making. She excels at using data to optimize products and measure success, providing evidence-based recommendations and strategies to clients. Outside of the office, Chinelo enjoys exploring Chicago’s hot spots, practicing Pilates, and spending quality time with friends.
