Francis Kehinde is an Industrial Broker and Distribution Operations Advisor with KWILL Real Estate, a division of KWILL Merchant Advisors. With nearly 20 years’ experience working in big box distribution centers, he brings creative problem-solving to each situation. Pairing experience with client priorities, Francis delivers impactful solutions. His areas of expertise include multi-site management, inventory control, warehouse automation, 3PL, space utilization, fleet management and location strategy.

Before joining KWILL, Francis was Distribution Center Director at Neuco Inc., a master distributor of HVAC components in Bolingbrook, Illinois. As a member of the executive team, Francis was responsible for more than half of the company’s employees, introduced shift work, quadrupled the amount of space managed, halved the average amount of overtime per employee, coordinated a relocation of the distribution center with no downtime and drove double-digit improvement across all KPIs. Prior to that, he managed distribution centers for The Home Depot, FedEx and Owens & Minor. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Illinois University and lives in Chicago with his wife and daughter.
