Hank Morton drives technical solutions, vision and innovation in IT for KWILL. He brings a passion for helping others, creativity, and a talent for identifying and crafting solutions for real-world challenges to our team.
Hank began his career in CPG eCommerce for a niche food distributor. Managing the operations, procurement, infrastructure and marketing during the very beginning days of e-tail taught him the importance of taking a holistic view of the role of information systems and technology in business. Hank brought this expertise in IS, technology, logistics and food to his role as Director of IT for McLane Global.
Before joining KWILL, Hank served as Director of IT for Fracht USA. Fracht is the world’s largest privately held freight forwarder and throughout the pandemic, Hank designed and implemented a repositioning of the company with adaptations for remote work. Establishing new communication channels, implementing solutions for a paperless environment and enhancing security for an adapted remote workforce, Hank helped Fracht see continued aggressive growth during this incredibly tumultuous time for the logistics industry.
