Cardenas joins the Chicago practice group as a Director with a focus on providing expert real estate consulting and transaction brokerage services to investors, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants on Chicago’s south and west sides and especially in Little Village. JD is skilled in structuring transactions for industrial, office and vacant land projects.

Cardenas brings seasoned real estate and finance experience to KWILL. In his time with Berkshire Hathaway, Paine Wetzel and most recently Eldorado Real Estate, Cardenas has closed numerous multi-million-dollar transactions for occupiers and investors. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Cardenas was a partner in a successful accounting and tax consulting practice for nearly 20 years.
