Tenant and Landlord Representation
We seek understanding of our client’s Long Term Objectives and use our greater KWILL ecosystem to achieve them. We are both skilled at identifying sites for ground-up development and existing properties for repositioning. When bringing these opportunities to investors and developers for conversion, we can remain as leasing agents to stabilize the projects and prepare them for monetization.
