ABOUT KATE
Kate Schultz is the administrative and marketing lead at KWILL Industrial, where she supports the firm’s day-to-day business operations, marketing activities, and new business development initiatives. She supports KWILL’s agency, representation and advisory service lines, interacts with clients and vendors, produces collateral materials and social media content, and organizes the firm’s recruiting efforts.
Kate brings a people-first operating background from hospitality, customer service, and healthcare. She focuses on organized operations and a consistent public voice. She is based in Chicago and holds a BA in Writing from Columbia College and a DELE B1 Spanish diploma from Instituto Cervantes.
