Kevin Costello

Kevin Costello is responsible for leading financial functions, as well as management of capital and financial resources for KWILL and on a contract basis for clients. Drawing on his extensive experience in corporate finance, banking, and corporate strategy, Kevin specializes in financial solutions for high-growth businesses.  ​​

Prior to KWILL, Kevin launched the East Region for Metropolitan Capital Bank in 2016 and served as the region’s Vice President. While there, he focused on both debt and equity solutions, serving as his clients’ single point of contact for Metropolitan Capital’s universal banking services. Kevin spent five years with Avison Young, a private-equity-backed, global commercial real estate services firm. As Director of Finance & Administration, he oversaw growth initiatives, financial reporting, and operations for Avison Young’s four New York Tri-State offices. During his tenure, Kevin helped to double the headcount, add four new service lines, and increase revenues and EBITDA exponentially. Earlier, as a Corporate Strategy Analyst for Avison Young, Kevin participated in more than 20 acquisitions, while managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis for more than 50 offices.​​
