Tyler Hannon

Tyler Hannon is a business leader focused on strategy, operations, and execution. As CxO at KWILL Advisors, he works across the firm and its portfolio of clients to turn strategic priorities into measurable results, strengthen operations, and build the people, processes, and systems needed to support long-term growth.

With experience spanning operations, technology, finance, and business development, Tyler brings a cross-functional perspective to solving complex business challenges. His work includes developing teams, leading strategic initiatives, improving and standardizing processes, managing key relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Tyler has held previous roles at KWILL, serving as Director of Strategy & Operations and Senior Associate before becoming CxO. Prior to KWILL, he served as the IT Director at Umoja Health and worked across the managed services and consulting space with TechBundle, McLane Global, and McLane Intelligent Solutions. His background in technology continues to inform his approach, particularly in identifying opportunities to simplify operations, improve decision-making, and build scalable organizations.

Outside of KWILL, he founded and serves as Executive Director of IT Bridge Outreach, a 501c3 nonprofit that partners with youth organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs to introduce children to technology through hands-on learning in under-resourced communities.
