Matthew Knafel

Matt Knafel is an integral piece of the growth and development of KWILL Real Estate. He focuses on working with owners and occupiers of industrial properties in Chicago and throughout the United States. Matt has three main areas of focus – industrial outdoor storage assets, food and beverage production/distribution, and speculative development site sourcing. During his career, Matt has been involved in numerous transactions totaling over $650,000,000.

Prior to joining KWILL, Matt served as Managing Director of MK Asset Management’s industrial brokerage group. In addition, he began his career as an Associate within the Industrial Services Group at Avison Young. Matt works alongside his long-time partner, Hugh Williams.
